In order to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience, you can return your items absolutely for free.If you place an order and you are not satisfied with the products received, you can return your items free of charge for up to 3 days after the delivery date, and 7 days for a replacement.

Contact us via WhatsApp, indicating the order number and informing them of the replacement or return, please make sure the following return policy guidelines are met:

1- Shipping charges and Cash-on-delivery orders are not eligible for refunds

2- for exchange or returns make sure the Items are packaged back in original packaging with labels and tags on, the items must be in good condition.

3- If you want to cancel the order after 24 hours, the order is considered in progress, the product will be returned and the delivery charges are non-refundable.

4-  after we receive the product at our warehouse in a proper condition and pass the quality check, the amount will be transferred to your account within (4 to 7 business days).

Once the return request is received and accepted, The return way-bill will be sent, and you must deliver the order to your nearest branch, to avoid any delay with your order make sure to deliver it within 5 days of the return request.
