Delivery and Shipping Policy

We appreciate your excitement to pick up your shipment, and we pursue to make sure you receive it as soon as possible

1- If you placed your order on weekdays (9:00 am - 6:00 pm), it will be shipped the same day. And for any orders placed after business hours, they will be shipped the next business day.

2- Weekend orders are processed and shipped on the next business day.

3- Free shipping for orders over 350 riyals. For any mistakes, proven it's from our part, we are responsible to cover the shipping charges.

If the delay to deliver your order was because your address was incorrectly registered by you, to mention just a few (incorrect address, incorrect name), Additional fees will be charged to resend your orders by the shipping company's policy. 

SHIPPING COMPANY: Your orders are shipped by Aramex, the tracking number is provided upon receiving by the carrier.
